I have recently discovered that if you do not turn in the "tattered note" given to you at the begining of the game, it is VERY hard to raise the faction needed with your class guild to start the quests. I made the mistake of destroying the note only thinking it was for newbies, I then couldn't even START my monk quests for the sash. I had to have a GM summon the note for me again. Ya sorry about that bro, but EQ changed that few months ago. There was to many people makeing twinks and never doing that quest to start off the game, and EQ intented for EVERYONE to do this. So now they made that kinda mandatory as well as spawning you in front of the NPC you need to hand in note. Used to be when you made a new player, you got a Note, Book (for priest of discord) and spawned you kinda far away from the NPC that wanted note. Better to hand it in anyway cause ya get a Chest item and some exp.<br /><br /><br /><img src=http://65.104.121.87/portalvbvs/Raginig.gif target=_blank> </img> <BR>
