Is anyone else having this problem?

Every time i log on my character Soul, and yes ONLY Soul it instantly quits. All my other characters i checked and are fine, just this one character in echo. Is anyone else parked in Echo having this problem maybe?

I have had a similar situation occur several times. Damn i havent been able to play astivis forever.. he is currently parked in Frontier Mountains. i log on and about 1 second later the screen goes black, and than another second goes by and then im at my desktop that whole "application has unexpectedly quit thing" i thought i might have been my processsor but im not sure anymore. I've tried almost anything. I leant my password and account name to Bast toi test if it ran on her computer and she had no problems... Bastette actually ran Astivis through Overthere and into FM where he is park (as i said before) SO that made me think that it mwas something in my machine. So, from there, i declocked my machine back down to 933ish and it is still crashin... dont know what tofo now... i tried a clean install of Panther thiink that there might be a slight chance for a corrupted finder causing the crashes.. However that didnt work.. nor did a reinstallation of the game itself. Now, ive done almost anything. Please will someone help me and Celestia out on a solution to this problem. It would be greatly appreciated. Its getting to the point where i am gonna buy a G5. Not, like a G5 is bad or anything, its just, id rather not spend the money if i dont have to. thanks alot for your time.<br />

Actually its nice to hear that someone else is having this problem..........Not like im wishing bad things onto Celly but it will help this issue to attract more attention and maybe a solution can be exposed. I am really patient though so i can wait a whiles...its not like im going through EQ withdraw or anything of that sort.<br />

BTW: I can reproduce this failure at will. All I have to do is to try to zone into Wakening Lands from my work connection. I will crash on zoning, and all subsequent attempts to log in that character will fail.

This leads me to believe that the problem is caused by a failed connection due to a blocked port.
