Of course, assuming its fixed this means that we mostly likely will only have VT floor 1 to start the evening. Assuming that they get the restart in before then - it usually takes them a few hours ...
Talked to Keith in CS, he forwarded the issue up and is going to go talk to his supervisor as well. I asked for a full server reboot, since that is about the only thing that fixes this.
I also emailed my contact at SOE. Lets see how quick they get on this.
