It looks like the set I use - which are the old ones from the Infiniti UI, not the newer Infiniti icons. Kyth had previously packaged those up and had them at Infiniti icons. In your EverQuest/Game/UI files/your UI name folder, replace the files gemicons01.tga and gemicons02.tga, and 5 files, spells01.tg through spells05.tga with the files for the icon set you want to use. I like these much better than the defaults, and have gotten used to them over the past couple years.
