Any help with an Alchemy guide would be appreciated

Alchemy is not a tradeskill im very familiar with in EQ. I had started a fews years ago using Ugzugs guide to alchemy, which i can no longer find. I have been searching around EQtradeskills etc and i was just wondering if anyone in the guild had a source or guide they prefer. I have not really been diggin any of the ones i have found.
