Server wide raid schedule?

Im told there is a server wide raid schedule for backflagging which sounds like a cool idea.  Does anyone have a link for that?  The thought of PoP flagging is daunting!

I've used this in the past to help with back flagging. I'm not sure how long it goes out or who updates it. I hope this helps.
