Send positive feedback to Sony

Yesterday within 3 hours of a report that we had the new Sleeper's Tomb Pugigi went and set us back to the pristine Sleeper's Tomb. This is an outstanding example of the good customer service we have received from her. She also set Skyshrine back to the way it should have been earlier last month. She has also had an active role in examining the issues with Tier 2 Planes of Power access.<br /><br />I have done my part and sent a thank you email to oskelly@soe.sony.com, copying eqfeedback@soe.sony.com and csfeedback@soe.sony.com. This gives me hope for the future with our server. I would encourage others to do the same.
