Nik had in one of his posts after the last update that eqmac was moving to a different server, one that could support more things (like a wiki) and that there might be some issues. I'm just assuming this is that move.

I'm just assuming this is that move. Bingo. There were (are) permissions issues with the server-generated PhpBB cache files. The files were moved, but the permissions weren't transferred to anyone (including me), so I am currently waiting for a response from the tech support people.

More upgrades, to v3.0.5, which will hopefully fix the "crashed database table" issues.
