Anyway, I always thought about the history of Norrath and all that

This is mainly for Eildar and Frer, since I told
them I would find this URL, but this is interesting for anyone who is
into EverQuest Lore.
I discovered this website a few months back while I was searching for
EQ Lore sources, since I'm hugely into the lore behind the history of
EQ, the races, continents, etc. The information found on that
site is immensely interesting, and will surprise a lot of people about
the real story behind some of the biggest things in EQ. For
example, did you know that:
--The Combine Empire did not build the spires on Norrath and in the Nexus on Luclin, but actually the Shissar?
--the Tier'dal were actually the mainstay elvish race, until the pompous and greedy Koada'dal decided to break away?
--Trakanon is much, much more than just a "plague dragon?"
--Trolls used to be followers of Marr, and actually allied with the Frogloks?

The Prophecy of Trakanon is fanfiction which is presented in the Codex as official lore, and much of the site's content references the Prophecy as a central source. I.e. the site is certainly an interesting read but it's got very little to do with actual EQ lore...
