Just a PC friend of a ranger you may know in here.  I play a 70 cleric on the nameless server in PC land who is Time flagged and Kod'Taz flagged (Gates of Discord expansion). Anyway - just on here to offer my limited expertise regarding your growing expansion into PoP.  I can offer strats and details that have worked for our guild in getting to time. No problem.  I had a lot of fun raiding through to time and can only imagine the difficulty for you.
I met Flankar in bootcamp and being two EQ fiends lost in the mist, we hit it off pretty well =P
My only question is, where would you want me to post the strats etc? If you dont mind them being public viewable I could post them here. Another thing to consider about the info I offer is this, PC servers have a much higher population it would seem and getting 50 people to a raid is status quo. Also, we have a lvl 70 cap - not 65. Our tank during most PoP raids (up to tier 3) was hovering around 10k HP no buffs. However, if you manage to get to Tier 3 I think your tank can get there too.  Just keeping farming VT and Try PoP when you can.  You guys are doing things very well and in a very logistic manner.  Almost makes me wanna buy an Apple =D

You should indeed buy a Mac! Great machines. Good to hear you're a friend of Flankar's, you obviously keep very good company. As for the strats... we're pretty partial to figuring stuff out for ourselves. While a bit of feedback can be nice, it takes a lot of the fun out of the game if we're following others' strats wholesale<img src="/forums/images/gpicons/face_happy.gif">. Also we've found very little that has been posted PC-side recently works very well for us. We don't have disc switching, we have much poorer mitigation, our gear is worse (since there is droppable/crafted from other expansions that exceeds ours), and we have an odd class mix and lower raid sizes. --

nod. All in all, it IS best you figure it out for yourselves.  This being for the very reasons you stated in that PC world is much different from yours. It ticked me off that you guys dont have the expansion we have - hopefully they will remedy that as the server progresses. Seems they release a new expansion everytime some guild beats the content in the latest expansion - thus the super quick release of Prophecy of Ro because someone already beat DoD /rolleyes BUT! I can offer this much as general advice: Watch Event Triggers, sequences of events proceeding are timed. (no doubt u already know) Make sure you have a wizard who can mass TL to bind. As a general rule Bind at 5 stones in PoT (REQUIRED for one certain raid) Kiting is key to unwanted distractions. REMOVE GREATER CURSE IS YOUR FRIEND! (honestly - through PoP more than any expansion - shoulda been a requirement for all clerics to have) that and Radiant Cure 3. (same as RGC) I can't believe you havent tried MB yet...but...well, more on that later well, I really can't go beyond that without getting into too much detail. But if you want some ideas, feedback, suggestions, anything - just tell Flankar to email me and I can fill him in with a reply.

Assuming MB = Manaetic Behemoth.... yes, we've beaten him. And you can't beat Luclin without tons of copies of RGC<img src="/forums/images/gpicons/face_happy.gif">. And luckily non-clerics can cast it since our healers tend to be a bit busy healing. Our paladins looooove just chaining RGC. Honest! Love it... absolutely love it<img src="/forums/images/gpicons/face_wink.gif">. --

I think the best way is if I pass along info that might help in the guild forums after you and I discuss them. Either that or you get a Mac...

The Bertox, Saryrn and RZ strats we talked about are the one's that might be useful in the near future. RZ especially. The way you guys do MB is very different than what Temerity does. Either way would work, but why change something if it ain't broke. Anyway, you can probably tell where we are with Bertox from the front page. He's the new target we're working on. Other than that farming VT is on the agenda. RZ won't be for a little while still.
