What is the level range for this? I know absolutly nothing about the Plane of Hate, except it is all about the Hate and none about the Love.<br />

I think the old Hate entrance, or planned entrance was in Oasis at the spectre tower. People probably met in S Ro cause it used to be a low lag zone to organize your ports up to Hate. There's a wizzy port right there, so everyone gets their port there, and then gets the port up.<br /><br />Anyway, that's my theory.<br /><br />You need to be 46 to enter the planes. You should be a good ways into 46, and 47 would probably be safest. Cause if you lose your level you won't be able to get back.<br /><br /><br />Nihilists! Fuck me.
