As time goes on, the PC versions of spells get more and more different from what we have, making tools like Lucy less useful. I tried asking the people who run Lucy to do a parse of our spell data, but... no response at all.
It's definately still a work in progress, but the basics are there and it's at the point where it could be useful. Feel free to take a look around, comments are welcome.

The good news about last night's downtime is that I got the spell stacking almost done, it wasn't as hard as I expected. Hopefully I'll have that finished and posted up tonight.
None of our Stuns last longer then 4 Secs. I know Some are soppose to but SOE has it hard coded on the Mob side for stuns not to last longer then 4 secs. So even if the spell says it last 10 secs it really only 4 secs. They called this class balancing. As Paladins would be to powerful of a tank if our stuns actually work as advertised.
It really depressing that they on one hand Say our Stuns Make up the Damage differance between us and warriors. And then Make the dam things Worthless for trying to keep the Mob's Stunned. That and about 75% of the content we do are immune to stuns.
Just letting you know about a quirk about our Line of stuns Dwin.

I assume that this is all player-cast stuns, not just Paladins. Can mobs stun for more than 4 seconds?
I think I'll change my stun description to:
[INDENT]Stun for 10.0* seconds up to level 65 (*player-cast stuns are capped at 4 seconds)[/INDENT]
That way it is accurate to what's in the spell data as well as the in-game effect.
